Peak is 19th December 2008 until 28th January 2009, Labour and Easter 2009
Shoulder is 29th August until 30th April 2009 excluding Peak
Off Peak is 1st May until 28th August 2008

 BYO all bedding for cabins(i.e. sheets, doonas, blankets, pillows, towels etc.)

Deposit to be paid within 7 days (card/money order) of booking reservation

Balance of fees must be paid in full on arrival by card or cash, personal cheques not accepted

Check in from 2pm, check out is 10am

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation of reservation:
> 30 days from arrival date = deposit refunded less $25 for cabins and $15 for sites
< 30 days from arrival date = deposit refunded less admin fee as above only if same dates fully rebooked for same length of stay.

No refund for cancellations less than 48hours prior to 12 midday on due date of arrival for any reason. No arrival, no refund!

No refunds for early departures.

Other Terms & Conditions

Please note we are strictly a non-residential park.

Phone bookings may be made by phone during hours of 9am- 5pm only.Internet bookings may via the link on our website at any time.

SHOP - Hours - Boxing Day/January Holidays, 8.30am to 8.00pm. Other times refer to shop door. Please order bread and papers on arrival for the following day. (excludes Xmas/Jan. holidays, Labour Day Weekend, Easter weekend, Cup Weekend)

HIRE - Boogey boards, surfboards & pedal buggies (conditions apply) at shop.

OFFICE - As per shop hours (after hours refer to office window for location of on-duty managers)

EFTPOS - Available main caravan park. Fee applies. Visa MasterCard and Bankcard accepted.

TELEPHONE - Located at entrance to main caravan park.  Phone cards or change available from shop. No public internet facilities available. Limitations and fees apply to fax use.

MESSAGES - Please check message board for your surname at shop entrance.

WASHING MACHINES - 3 x $1.00 coins - 1 wash, use is restricted in times of low water

DRYERS - $1.00 per 10-18 minutes ($3.00 maximum)depending on which dryer

FISHING LICENSES - Are required by law and can be purchased from shop.

LIBRARY - Second hand books available from shop on a 'read & return' basis. Free.

TOURIST INFORMATION - Is available from shop or appears in shop/shelter area.

TIDE CHARTS - Available from shop.

WALKING TRACKS - Advice available from management.

PLAYGROUNDS - Rear top amenity block, Gale Street (corner Moongana Street). BEWARE SANDFLIES - Present from October till March. More information from shop.

NO SMOKING - Please refrain from smoking inside cabins and enclosed areas.

SPEED LIMIT - Walking pace only (bicycles included) 8km/h

FIRES - Fires are not permitted in the park or on the beach. They may be lit in the rotunda fireplace outside fire restriction days 

DOGS - Not welcome with cabin bookings. Campers/caravaners must have dogs leashed and under supervision at all times in caravan park and on beach. restrictions apply. Handlers are responsible for the disposal of dog litter. Dogs off leads and poor dog behavior is not tolerated at any time. maximum of 2 dogs per booking, day visitors dogs are not welcome

PUSH BIKES/SCOOTERS etc- May be ridden during daylight hours only. Please keep clear of car park, toilet blocks and boom gate areas. Helmets must be worn and bikes ridden at a safe speed.

WATER - Drinking water is available from various labelled locations around the park as indicated on caravan park map. Not all sites have tap water to them, restrictions may apply to use of onboard showers/toilets. Connection is not always permitted in times of low water.

SULLAGE - Please use a bucket and dispose of down gully pits at toilet blocks. Porta loos are not to be emptied anywhere is park, must be taken into Foster.

GARBAGE - Please wrap all garbage before placing in bins. no hard rubbish is to be put in park rubbish. you must remove it yourself.

TRENCHING - Not permitted anywhere in caravan park.

CAR PARK - Main caravan park will be closed from 8.30pm to 8.00am (peak). Parking is 15 minutes maximum. Day visitors to make parking arrangements with management.

VISITORS - Your day visitors must report to office on arrival, pay applicable fees and depart caravan park before 9pm or an extra charge will apply.

TOILET/SHOWER BLOCK - Children under 6 must be accompanied by a parent of guardian. Shower time 3 minutes maximum. We have a limited water supply. Baby bath is available in laundry of both amenity blocks. A disabled/family bathroom is located at top amenity block. Shower use will be restricted in times of low water supply.

WET SUITS - Not to be worn or taken off in showers.

BEHAVIOUR - Foul language, drunken behaviour, undue noise will not be tolerated. All noise must cease by 10pm. Early risers making noise is not tolerated either.

FISH CLEANING - Must take place on the beach only.

BBQs/ROTUNDAS - These areas are provided for your use and enjoyment and your help in keeping them tidy and orderly will be appreciated by the next user. Firewood is for the rotunda only. Lights will go off at 10pm, please vacate quietly.

TREES - Do not damage trees in anyway or hang clothes lines from them. Branches are prone to fall from time to time. Persons entering park do so at their own risk. No responsibility will be accepted for personal or property damage caused by falling trees of branches.

GENERATORS are not permitted to be used anywhere in park except by management
