Booking
and Cancellaton Policy
Cabins only
may be booked on line.
Camping
must be booked by phone only
Reservations are subject
to final confirmation.
Phone
bookings accepted only between hours of 9am and 5pm.
Please
supply your own bedding, linen, towels etc.
Cabins:
non-smoking and pets strictly forbidden.
50% deposit required within 7 days of making reservation, or
reservation will be cancelled without notice. Full amount to be
paid for any single night booking at time of making
booking.
Minimum
2 or more night booking applies to all weekends, public and
school holiday periods.
All prices are GST inclusive.
Prices are subject to
change without notice.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
No
refund if notice less than 48hours prior to 12 midday on due date
of arrival regardless of reason.
Cancellation of
reservation:
> 30 days from arrival date = deposit refunded less $25
< 30 days from arrival date = deposit refunded less fee as
above only if same dates fully rebooked for same length of stay.
No refunds for early departures for any reason.
