BYO all bedding for cabins (i.e. sheets, doonas, blankets, pillows, towels etc.)
Deposit to be paid within 7 days (card/money order) of booking reservation
Balance of fees must be paid in full on arrival by card or cash, personal cheques not accepted
Check in from 2pm, check out is 10am
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation of
reservation:
> 30 days from arrival date = deposit refunded less $25 for cabins and
$15 for sites
< 30 days from arrival date = deposit refunded less admin fee as above
only if same dates fully rebooked for same length of stay.
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days notice prior to 12 midday on due date of arrival for any reason. No arrival, no refund!
No refunds for
early departures.
